Shipping & Returns

Himalayan one crafts uses the finest courier and airlines for shipping of your orders. We have special agreement with TNT,UPS,DHL,FEDEX  in Nepal. Our shipping rates are reasonable and fairly cheaper comparing other’s due to the special agreement we have with the courier companies. We also uses air-cargo for the larger shipments, you can contact us for detail shipping rates.

Returns:

• 1. Customers are safe to make the order with us since we also accept the returns
• 2. Shipped goods needs to be in its original condition and should be packed safely.
• 3. We accept the return within 15 days of order delivery.
• 4. Shipping charges has to be borne by the customer.
